   I am very grateful to Almighty God for providing me with a good opportunity to serve my dear countrymen by undertaking the honorable responsibility of leading a great company- a company active in the field of urbanization and civil engineering, providing one of people’s most substantial needs and helping with the resolution of the most important concern of every government, which is the production and supply of housing as well as recreational, commercial and service centers.

   The importance of strength of housing structures increases hundredfold the necessity of delicacy and accuracy in all levels of execution. Therefore, I recognize tending to this important matter as my duty by law and by conscience; hence, I have set the realization of the quality of strength in company products as a professional priority for the company as important as the consideration of beauty and modernity of architecture.

   Moreover, promotion of quality of the products more than ever as well as customer satisfaction have been two of the other great goals of Baghmisheh Urbanization and Housing Company. Achievement of these goals has been greatly successful through the endeavor and support of our expert, experienced colleagues, setting us on the path to a bright future as we tirelessly persevere,

as we believe the future belongs to us!

   One of the primary principles the company believes in is employment of expert, experienced and scientifically proficient workforce. With God’s help, and through the recruitment of appropriate workforce as well as the managers’ and the diligent personnel’s endeavor, the company has achieved outstanding successes, and will secure a bright future soon. An instance of the company’s accomplishments is the construction of the beautiful town of Roshdieh, the glittering crown jewel of Tabriz, built according to architecture and infrastructure standards and currently occupying an area of over 137.3 hectares.

   The company continues its activities in the OTC market with a nominal capital of 1320 million rials. It incorporates two subsidiaries, Arta Latif Sabalan Company, currently executing Ardabil’s Twin Towers project with Moalem Company and Tose’e Sarmayeh Company as partners, and Azarbaijan Construction Company, currently undertaking construction in the metropolis of Tabriz, 63.55 percent of whose share the company holds.

  • The company has so far managed to construct and deliver over one million square meters of total floor area in the form of administrative, commercial and residential suites and is currently undertaking the management of design, remittance and execution of 24 large as well as small projects involving a total floor area of 961,120 square meters purported for residential, administrative and commercial applications. Active projects involve 337,000 square meters.
  • Among the goals of these investments are the constant promotion of quality, reduction of prime cost, conservation of resources, prevention of environmental pollution and enhancement of customer satisfaction, all of which have been the principal mottos of the company.
